Feeling stressed about an interview I have coming up so trying to fight through the stillness, with stillness. Meditating with the Timeless app for 8 minutes. It wasn’t easy but I’m happy I did it. Felt calm before, during, and after interview, well at least more than usual.
Missed my planned session but still worked on spinal mobility, hands in the rice bucket, hanging for intervals of 30 seconds, and lever work with adjustable dumbbell.
